Hello, I'm Pete.

Sometimes I'm hired to help lead research efforts or as an experience design advisor. I’ve helped grow UX teams and design practices. A lot of times I’m the special project consultant - the let’s show how design can reshape our business consultant. I like this role.

Currently I’m shifting from working fully in the Tech industry to focus more on social impact. Over the years I’ve been fortunate to work on mission-driven and socially impactful projects. I’m seeking to find new ways to apply design in civic and social contexts.

Design education has been a longtime passion. For 10 years I taught at the University of Denver and the University of Missouri. I found designing the curriculum and the arc of the course rewarding.
